DNS respond to outdated domains

WHOIS records are not necessarily up-to-date nor accurate sometime... I remember seeing some domains which were supposed to be expired long time ago but that still answers to DNS resolution...
I was speaking in years or even decades ... Not months or week...

As the test currently rely on RFC standards for DNS/Whois lookup, where all new DNS query starts by querying the root-servers and not a
network hackers js-script to control (redirect) the recursion flow. A such
GLOBAL should also be related to the AUTH-server holding such records, for maybe we need to be blocking such servers, to ensure network security on the DNS level.
